SECTION # 11 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
#11.01 COURSE OF ACTION
Players - Coach - Parents Conflicts - an appropriate time should be arranged to review and discuss any conflicts and solutions.
If the situation does not resolve itself, the next step for the player - coach - parent is to contact the Rep/Rec Convenor. If there is a conflict with the convenor, the President or designate is to be contacted.
Failure to resolve the matter as outlined above, the complaint is to be documented and presented to the Divisional Convenor or President before the next executive meeting in order for it to placed on the agenda.
The Executive will discuss solutions and the involved parties will be contacted with the results.
